General Terms & Conditions (Accounting Services)

Welcome to LMCSuite Oy (3233127-7). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Company: Refers to LMCSuite Oy. Service: Refers to the accounting services provided by LMCSuite Oy using the third-party software Netvisor and through the subcontractor Balancia. User: Any person or entity using the Service

By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.

LMCSuite Oy provides accounting services through the use of Netvisor, a third-party software, by its own employees or third-party subcontractor. The services include but are not limited to: Financial management and reporting Bookkeeping Payroll management Tax filing and compliance

Users must provide accurate and complete information for the provision of services. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.

The Service involves the use of Netvisor, a third-party software provided by Visma Solutions Oy. Users agree to abide by Netvisor's terms and conditions, which can be found at https://netvisor.fi/yhteystiedot/netvisor-kayttoehdot/. LMCSuite Oy may subcontract part or all of the services to third-party subcontractors to perform the Service. Users acknowledge and agree to the involvement of the subcontractors in the provision of services.

LMCSuite Oy is committed to protecting the privacy of users. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Users consent to the processing of their personal data by LMCSuite Oy, Visma Solutions Oy, and any third-party subcontractors for the purpose of providing the Service.

LMCSuite Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. The total liability of LMCSuite Oy for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to LMCSuite Oy for the Service.

LMCSuite Oy has the right to use the name and logo of the Client’s company as a reference

Service Fees The Service fees are based on the current pricing structure as specified in LMCSuite Oy's price list, which is available at our Services section on our website. Price Changes LMCSuite Oy reserves the right to adjust the pricing of the Service. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to the User at least one (1) month before the new prices take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Agreement Duration Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the Agreement shall enter into effect when the User has ordered the Service, and the Service has been opened. The Agreement shall remain in force until further notice. Termination by Either Party Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, each Party has the right to terminate the Agreement in writing with a three-month (3) period of notice. The period of notice is calculated from the last day of the calendar month during which the termination was performed. The Service is invoiced until the end of the period of notice. Cancellation Policy If the User cancels the Service before the end of the any given calendar year period, they are obligated to pay for the entire year. This means that the User will be invoiced for the remainder of the year in full, regardless of the early termination.

LMCSuite Oy may modify these terms and conditions at any time. This also includes such external third-party terms & conditions that might change from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes through the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
